How do I convert an Excel spreadsheet to PDF online?
Upload the Excel file (XLSX, XLS, ODS or CSV) to Sealique: every sheet is printed to PDF with gridlines, fitted columns and a repeated header, ready for a digital signature.
Budgets, invoices, attendance lists and reports often live in spreadsheets but travel as PDFs. The tool prints every sheet to PDF on the server using the workbook's own print settings, then keeps the PDF in your library so it can be numbered, merged or signed.

Key facts
- Excel to PDF on Sealique accepts XLSX, XLS, ODS and CSV files and is included with an account, with no card and no watermark.
- Every sheet of the workbook is printed with its rows, columns and borders readable: gridlines are printed when the cells have no borders, the columns are fitted to one page wide, wide sheets turn landscape and the header row is repeated on every page.
- The conversion runs on Sealique servers with LibreOffice; the PDF lands in your private library.
- Files of up to 50 MB are accepted; large workbooks are converted in the background.
- A converted budget, invoice or report can be signed with a PAdES digital signature and verified online.
How is a spreadsheet printed to PDF?
Before printing, Sealique gives every visible sheet a print layout: gridlines when the cells carry no borders, columns fitted to one page wide, landscape for sheets wider than about eight columns, the first row repeated on every page when it looks like a header, narrow margins and column widths from the content where none were set. Existing borders, fills and fonts are left exactly as they are. LibreOffice Calc then opens the workbook in a headless session and prints every visible sheet; formulas are printed by their current values.
A print area, orientation or scaling saved in the file is respected; untick the fit option to keep the workbook's own scaling.
What can I do with the PDF afterwards?
The PDF is a normal document in your library: add page numbers, merge it with other PDFs, protect it with a password or send it for a PAdES digital signature, which anyone can verify online by its verification ID or QR code.

Questions people ask
Will wide sheets be cut across pages?
No. Columns are fitted to one page wide by default, wide sheets print in landscape and the header row repeats on every page; a saved print area is respected.
Untick "Fit columns to the page width" to keep the workbook's own scaling; very wide tables then continue on the next pages in the usual print order.
Are all sheets included?
Yes. Every visible sheet is printed in order; hidden sheets are left out.
Does a CSV file work?
Yes. A CSV becomes a single sheet with a bold shaded header, thin borders on every cell, numbers typed and column widths set from the content.
Does the tool cost anything?
No. It is included with a Sealique account: no card, no watermark, no daily limit.
Signing in is needed because the PDF is stored in your private library.
Why does the page say a server component is missing?
The conversion needs LibreOffice on the server; when it is not installed the page says so and the administrator can add it.
