How do I store, organise and share my signed PDFs in folders online?
The Sealique library keeps every uploaded, edited and PAdES-sealed PDF in one place, filed in folders and sub-folders, shared for viewing by e-mail and revocable at any time.
Every PDF that passes through Sealique, uploaded for signature, edited, split, merged or sealed, is listed in your library with its status and its origin. Folders and sub-folders keep it tidy, a viewer opens any file without downloading it, and sharing for viewing replaces the e-mail attachment that can never be taken back.

Key facts
- Every PDF you upload, edit, split, merge or sign lands in the same library, with its source and status shown on the row.
- Folders and sub-folders are shown as cards or as a list; documents move by drag-and-drop or in bulk.
- Sharing for viewing is by e-mail with a message; the recipient is notified, can file the document in their own folders, and the share can be revoked at any time.
- An edited copy becomes a new version linked to the original; split and merged documents remember where they came from.
- A signer keeps a viewable copy through their signing link, and every holder can remove their own copy of a sealed document without deleting it for the others.
What is in the library?
Three tabs: Documents, My folders and Pictures. Each document row shows the title, the status (draft, out for signature, completed, finalised, declined), the source (uploaded, split, merged, edited copy) and the date, with filters for all of them. A View button opens the PDF in the built-in viewer; Download gives the file, and for sealed documents the certificate as well. The verification ID is one click away.
How do folders work?
Create folders and sub-folders and browse them as cards or as a list; a breadcrumb shows where you are. Drag a document row onto a folder, or tick several rows and move them at once. Renaming is in place; removing a folder is safe, because its documents and sub-folders move up one level.
Documents shared with you or that you signed can be filed too: each person files a shared document into their own folders without affecting the owner's.
How do I share a document without sending the file?
From the row's menu choose Share for viewing, enter the e-mail and a message. The person receives an e-mail and an in-app notification, opens the document in Sealique, can read and download it, and sees a banner saying who shared it and that it is view only. The owner's document page lists every share with a Revoke button; after revoking, the link no longer opens.
What about versions and deletions?
Editing a PDF in the tools creates a new version linked to the original; split and merged results are new documents that remember their source. A draft or a document out for signature can be deleted by its owner, which cancels the signing. A sealed document is different: each holder removes their own copy, and only when the last holder removes it are the file and its verification record deleted for good.

Questions people ask
Can I share a signed PDF without e-mailing the file?
Yes. Share it for viewing: the person opens it in Sealique, can download it, and loses access the moment you revoke the share.
Can someone I shared with edit or sign the document?
No. A share is view only; signing happens only through a signing invitation with its own link.
What happens to documents in a folder I remove?
They are not deleted: documents and sub-folders move up one level.
Where do edited, split or merged PDFs go?
Into the same library, marked with their source; an edited copy is a new version linked to the original.
Can I delete a sealed document?
You remove your own copy; other holders keep theirs. When the last holder removes it, the file and its verification record are deleted for good.
Is the library included with the account?
Yes. The library, folders and sharing are part of every Sealique account, with no card and no trial clock.
